Department History
As been related to Gandhi family FGC has very prestigious history.
Department of Economics is one of the departments having the privilege of being established in the same year as that of Feroze Gandhi College. It was established in the year 1960 with Dr. S. M. Saxena as first Head of the Department. P. G. status was graduate to the department in 1966. Highly qualified scholars joined the department from time to time.
